[RAM] RAM Ratings withdraws issue rating of TRIplc Ventures Sdn Bhd following its redemption

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that TRIplc Ventures Sdn Bhd has fully redeemed its outstanding RM240 mil Fixed-Rate Medium-Term Note (2011/2026) on its scheduled maturity date of 9 October 2026. We have accordingly withdrawn its rating and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the facility. The AAA(bg)/Stable rating was last affirmed on 10 July 2026.

TRIplc Ventures is the concessionaire for the development and maintenance of a Universiti Teknologi MARA campus in Puncak Alam, Selangor under a concession agreement with the Government of Malaysia.
